Revdex.com spoke to Tracy at business and the following was relayed: We have addressed and fixed all the customers concerns, including cleaning upThe customer's porch was an aluminum roof that due to ice had split at the seamsWe did frame above the roof with pressure treated wood to increase the slope and we added metal trimThere is also a year warranty on the roof in which we will fix anything that happens, including if the roof falls off or leaksWe did attempt to replace siding, but in the cold temperatures the siding was breaking as we took it off and we arranged to finish in the springI agree that we did not complete the siding and that it was paid forI am willing to refund the customer the $4,for that part of the jobI will have to arrange a payment schedule as I do not have it all available at once

The business had agreed to pay $a month for monthsmonths were paid, the last two have not been paidAdditionally, the covers for the eaves troughs have not been done and I was charged for porch and nothing has been doneI would like this resolved as soon as possible

and we added metal trim. There is also a 10 year warranty on the roof in which we will fix anything that happens, including if the roof falls off or leaks. I agree that we did not complete the siding and that it was paid for. I am willing to refund the customer the $4,000 for that part of the job. I will have to arrange a payment schedule as I do not have it all available at once.
