As a health provider and as an officer in the US Army, I hold everyone to the same level of professionalism as I do with health staff and soldiers. Unfortunately this was not received from All Area Overhead Doors.
On Dec 18, 2019 I ordered a garage door from Allen at All Area Overhead. It is now July 9, 2020 and I still do not have my door.
Postponement after postponement, and even no shows on dates scheduled for install. It is frustrating because I would take off work for the days of install, only to have no one come.
Allen is a friendly person, but did not and has not delivered the garage door ordered on Dec 18th, 2019. That is over half a year ago.
I spoke with Alex last week should have it taken care of with in 2 & 3 weeks.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this proposition is satisfactory to me. I will await owner’s remedy of installing the awaited garage door in 2-3weeks time
