First of all I would like to state that I try to support small businesses in the community, with that said, the owner George and whoever he has answering the phones are the rudest individuals I've ever encountered, The girl answering the phone seems really put out and curt, George shows up whenever he feels like it, never keeps his scheduled appointment times, tells you they will call you back, rarely happens, and when you call them back ,they act completely clueless, and he will not honor any warranty parts, or tell you this part has no warranty. George you must have one hell of a following to still be in business, because it's definitely not your southern charm. My suggestion is stay away from this bunch, unless you like getting the run around and getting talked to as if he is doing you some sort of a favor!!!NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL YOU FOR SERVICE,AND YES I'm LETTING EVERYONE I KNOW HOW YOU OPERATE. Keep THE RECEPT George,wouldn't want to put you out.
