While the repair person was there fixing the ice dispenser the consumer asked him about the water in the door - this is a GE product that has been recalled and therefore we do not service these issues He called my serviceman directly concerning this and never contacted All appliance until there was a problem Now he wants me to give him I have no responsibility for what ever transpired between the serviceman and him My serviceman told me that he repeatedly conveyed to this customer that this was not a good repair

If that's his reply, then I guess it is. I NEVER asked him for any money, just warning other customers that there was supposedly a well known fix and I was never told that. I registered the GE Refrigerator with GE and was never notified of any recall, but then GE is getting out of the appliance business, so they could care less.Thanks for trying. there was a problem.  Now he wants me to give him 1000.00.  I have no responsibility for what ever transpired between the serviceman and him.  My serviceman told me that he repeatedly conveyed to this customer that this was not a good repair.
