DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY! I hired All American Movers to move my things and the 2 month nightmare that ensued is almost unbelievable. I was given this estimate and from there, the lies, holding my belongings hostage, lies, rudeness and did I mention lies began. The 2 movers showed up and at their own discretion, without consulting me brought in their own bubble wrap (ignoring the giant roll I had), boxes and shrink wrap (on top of the other supplies they brought in). They also felt they were "not comfortable stacking our boxes more than 2 high" (actual quote) and this added to the cubic footage. They then had me sign all of the forms on the estimate and other forms that had nothing filled out on the extra charges. They loaded the truck (BEFORE the new total was presented to me) and after all of that, the one driver added the new total and charged me over $1,000 ($1350 to be exact) for the supplies I was not asked about. The total ended up being just under $3,000 more than the estimate. I had paid close to $1,000 before they got there and was ANGRY. No one in the office was there that day. I told the dispatcher I wanted to cancel and he said ok. The driver then told me (by the way, he had a check I had made out for $1,000 in his hand already. Did I hand it to him? No, he grabbed it off the counter) that if I cancelled it would cost $1,100 to unload the truck. He could then told me I would pay so much more money by renting a truck and he said he would not give me back my possessions unless he took my check plus another $100 (there is the $1,100). I would lose almost $2,000 and would still have to rent a truck. I told him to take the check and I would pay for the move (what choice did I have?).
Needless to say I was angrier and I called their offices the following business day. The supervisor I spoke to (April) was the NASTIEST person I have ever dealt with. She snapped at me and when I tried listing my complaints, she told me I had already received a discount and she would not discuss the matter any further with me. Out of fear of losing my belongings, I paid the ransom (yes, my things were held hostage by bully tactics. The truck was loaded and my signature was on the docs BEFORE I got the new total) and I wish I could say things got better. They did not.
After a full week of paying and me having to call at least 2 dozen times ( I am not exaggerating that number and also, every single time April said she would call back, I had to track her down) I was given a 3-4 day window of when my items would arrive. I called the day before the first potential expected delivery day and was told, "oh it will actually be here today between 3-5". Sounds great, but I had no time to prepare for that and had to leave work early.
I tried talking to other supervisors and was always told that no one else was available and April was the only person I could talk to. I did not feel comfortable talking to her and when I did speak to another supervisor named Mike (who promised to call me back a week ago and still has not. Although I do find it funny that within 15 minutes of me telling him I did not want to speak to April anymore, SHE emailed me). I also had another person who was a sales rep say, "sir the supervisors know about your situation and they are not ready to talk to you. WHEN they are ready to talk to you THEY will call you back".
I cannot make up anything that I have written and I know that this company will try to dispute my claim and defend themselves by telling me, "this is not how we normally do business, so how do we know this is true?" (actual quote). My response to that is look at the other comments and the F Rating on the Revdex.com. So, please learn from my mistake, do not use this company. You are in for a BAD experience. I gave a 1 star because a -5 is not an option!
The moving company is very proactive and nice while quoting. When you agree and pay a small down payment that is where it all ends ! What they do is hire pick up and delivery companies and really do none of the work - we were billed thousands more than quoted and really had no choice but to pay as they hold your stuff. Probably a normal scam for movers but not appreciated.
Damage to material is pushed off to a CAF CPS CLAIM DEPARTMENT where they give me $30. for several hundred dollars worth of missing or damaged goods.
I don't even know where to begin. This whole experience with them has been a disaster.
1. The team they packed up our house showed 0 regard for any of our stuff. The way they literally just threw things in boxes is plain disrespectful. When I say bad, I mean our entire knife block tossed in on top of a bunch of glasses. The knives were not secured at all. So many glass pictures with just shoved in boxes. I have so much tape residue on my stuff now from them taping directly on the items.
2. They broke SO MUCH STUFF. I mean shattered platters, broken glass tops, they even broke the leg on my solid oak Restoration Hardware table. How is that even possible? Thank God I got the most insurance possible. My claim is going to be quite extensive.
3. They bait and switch on their price. When they picked up my stuff, which I went through item by item and room by room with the planning team they way under estimated and charged me an extra $5,000. Then on pick up they tried to tack on an additional $800 before I called them out on it. All in all I paid $14,000 to have my stuff packed more poorly than you could imagine and broken.
We apologize if we missed the mark with you as not being a satisfied customer.
As per our contract the price is not based off of the item list. The price is based on the actual space (cubic feet) that it takes up on our truck.
*** This BINDING estimate is based upon the specific items to be moved and services ordered as listed on the estimate. Your estimated price is guaranteed not to change unless you order additional services, add additional items to be moved, or additional weight to be moved which are not specifically listed on the estimate. Please carefully review this estimate for accuracy. If you make any changes to the list of services ordered or the items to be moved, you must notify the estimator prior to your move date so an updated estimate can be issued to you and last minute price changes can be avoided. Accuracy of your estimate is wholly dependent upon the completeness of the specific items you inform the estimator that you are moving. Be advised that any changes to your order will result in a change to your estimated price. For example, if you add additional items to be moved or order additional services at the last minute your price will increase accordingly. In order to avoid last minute price changes we urge you to notify your salesperson if you wish to make any changes to the services ordered and number of items to be moved. If on the date of the move you order last minute services or tender additional items to be moved the mover will issue you a new updated written estimate reflecting the change to the total estimated price. In such a case, a revised written visual estimate must be approved by you and signed prior to any services being performed. The Estimated Transportation Cost is BINDING based on the total Cu Ft (Volume Amount) provided by customer prior to move date. This document is an estimate only and not a contract. Packing labor and materials are not included unless specifically itemized on the estimate. Customer Responsibility is to make sure that all boxes and fragile items are packed, boxed up and ready for pick-up unless noted differently on this Binding Estimate Cost for Service. This estimate covers only the articles and services specifically listed.
We have spoken to you and offered you a $500 settlement in order to help alleviate this complaint which you have refused. This offer will stand for the next 10 business days.
Sometimes when relocating hundreds of miles things can get damaged. This is the reason why we offer basic valuation coverage or purchasing a third party full value protection which you have done.
Again, We apologize that we missed the mark.
This move happened the day before I had to be out of my house. The additional cost was not confirmed to me until after all of my items were in the truck at 9pm. I had no choice but to accept them at that point.
This whole process is a sham. They showed up to my house with an extra truck "just in case" they needed it. I think they pulled a bait and switch and planned this all along.

We have offered a $500 settlement fee for you complaint. You have a full value valuation through Bakers international in order to get you belongings repaired or replaced. We don't know how you would like to move forward and have no given us no counter offer.
We have had several issues with you.
For example you stated that you where missing a watch and then admitted to our rep that it truly was a made up story. We have this recorded.
Please let us know how you wish to proceed as you have stated that you are going to have you lawyer contact us.
This is not the forum to get into a debate over this, but I just want to say the watch situation is 100% untrue. I'd love to hear the 'recording' because when I spoke to Nathan I never said the story was made up.
We have tried every angle to help settle this matter and are asking you as a customer what we can do to help move forward. We cannot offer more than $500.
DO NOT USE THEM!!! First of all, the movers did not arrive to our apartment on the date they said they would arrive delaying us on our move to where we needed to be. Second, they charge you extra for any extra packaging material they have to use on your items. My husband advised the head guy to NOT, I repeat DO NOT PACK ANYTHING THAT YOU WILL CHARGE US EXTRA ON!!! In plain clear English! We made it clear we had a set budget that we were working on with this move and anything would be extra do not pack it, we would figure out what to do with the extra items. Nonetheless everything was packed and broken down by my husband and brother. Not only that but the head mover/driver LIED and said that my husband followed him to the weigh station which is absolutely FALSE! We left as soon as the movers were done since they arrived late to begin with. We DID NOT follow you guys to the weigh station nor did you accurately weigh our items. This move should've been about $2500 on arrival to our new location but is now costing us over $5000 for a small 3 bedroom apartment that pretty much didn't have any big items or much to begin with. And calling them to get this situation resolved, especially the part where the driver said my husband followed him to weigh station was a waste of time. Clearly they want to make their money any way they can without giving two craps about their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I will say that the other mover that came was a good guy and tried to help us with breaking items down but the head mover was definitely not professional as it shows in the company as a whole. When you are conducting business and want returning customers, you probably shouldn't arrive days late, your head mover shouldn't act is if it is an inconvenience to break items down (small items like a lamp or crib), he probably shouldn't ask to use your shower afterwards, and most importantly he probably shouldn't lie about the customer coming with him to a weigh station. When I tell you we did not have a lot of items in the first, we really did not. If we are charged this amount I can only imagine the amount a household of 5 rooms would be charged. The worst experience ever!
All American movers are the best moving company out there. They absolutely made my move so easy. They are very realiable and responsible. They took such good care of all my belongings. In my book you guys have a 10starð?

The 3 guys from All American Movers that came out to help me move were amazing. Consummate professionals. You could tell they all had great training and knew how to do the job expertly. They were equal parts quick, polite, intelligent, professional, patient, and had a good sense of humor when goof-ups happened. I would recommend and already have recommended this company again and again to friends, co-workers, and family. Thanks again to those fellas who busted their behinds for me. You are all wonderful.
This company is horrible. I paid Allamericanmove.com, National Express showed up and the damage claim I filed came back for Eagle van lines. Something is fishy. They use false statements on their website about certified piano movers with special lifting equipment. They have 1 truck listed with DOT and falsely claim they are not brokers. The contract lists damages to be reimbursed at $.60 per pound. However they did not honor that agreement when their was damage to the piano.

f you're looking for qualified movers to pack or load your belongings, All American Movers is the best! The people care and will treat your goods better than their own. When it comes to moving everything that you own, you don't want to skim on quality. I highly recommend the All American Movers team.
All American Mover is absolutely the best moving company ever! We had so much going on with the quick sale of our home and a short closing date, we had lots of stress - but the moving of our items was not one of them. Our crew was terrific. Keep them happy because people like them are hard to find. Thank you , thank you, thank you.
DO NOT USE!!! April, sales, with All American was professional and promised that my items would be delivered the next day of a 210 mile move. Additionally Mike (another estimator) and Brian (lead mover/packer) also stated the same guarantee of my items being delivered the next day. My items came 6 days later. The movers tore up doors and walls moving furniture in and out. They packed my oil paintings three to a box without wrapping between. April estimated one price initially, went up 30% at second on the phone estimate, then went up 50% more by the time of delivery, in which I never saw my final bill until time of delivery. I had to pay cash even before my furniture was unloaded. Antiques and most items broken, scratched or tore. Then movers left all the packing material all over my house, as "we do not dispose of packing boxes or tape".

As stated in our contract delivery from 0-500 miles can take from 1-7 business days. We delivered well within that time frame. No promises were ever made. If there are any damages you can contact our insurance company which we have already given you the contact information for. We are saddened to hear that you had damages. Again, we advise you to contact our insurance company to file a claim.
PICK UP AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Pickup and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless the optional Premium Guaranteed Service (P.G.S.) is purchased. Standard Service (S.S.) period is up to a maximum of thirty business weekdays, not including storage time, beginning on the first date indicated as available for delivery (not the date of pickup). The date indicated as "1st available date for delivery" is the first date of the delivery window and not the promised delivery date. Our prices are based on the total volume you load on our trucks. You had an additional 100 cubic feet and $147 worth of packing materials and labor needed on the day of pick up. Your price only went up by $246.
Customers must pay us the delivery balance before unloading. This is part of our procedure. This information is also stated in our contract. Attached below is the terms and conditions for paying before unloading.
TERMS OF PAYMENTS: Upon reservation, a deposit and booking/origin fee, is required to be paid in the form of a check by phone, wire transfer, Zelle, or a bank teller deposit. This is a temporary form of payment intended only to reserve your space/labor/supplies, etc on our schedule. Prior to pickup, 50% of the balance is due in the form of money order, check by phone, wire transfer or certified check. At delivery, the balance is due prior to unloading in the form of Post Office Money Order or cash only All American Movers reserve the right to collect up to 70% of the balance due prior to the goods leaving the origin state. Subject to federal law, payment in FULL of all charges is required before delivery and prior to unloading - Subject to the 110% law, if applicable.
We had the very best experience from All American Mover. Adam assisted us in booking the service and he followed up every step of the way. Our moving guys made this move look effortless. They came on time, treated our items with great care and were extremely courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with them and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend you use them..
The gentleman who handled my move where quick and very professional... They took the utmost care of all of my possessions, blanket wrapping all of my furniture, etc. Treated all of my precious junk with the utmost care and were sure everything made it in place in one piece. Learned about them through a family member's referral. Moving is always a hassle, but this was less painful than previous moves.

We had a great experience with this company. The movers were great and very professional. They were on time and efficient. The crew we had took great care of our large appliances and the rest of our big furniture (couches, tv, entertainment center, bed, etc). I would absolutely use them again. Definitely worth every penny! This is the most PROFESSIONAL company I have ever experienced! They were very fast, efficient, courteous and respectful! They moved us on 14 Jan, 2018 and I was so impressed with them that we hired the company to move my mother today, May 19th, 2016. We had four different crew members and the owner even came out to help move my mom's very heavy piano. Another satisfied customer and I am very proud to recommend this company to others! Five thumbs up!!!

All American Movers are the best. They showed up on time, were professional and courteous and everything was handled with care and attention. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a worry free move from movers who really know what they are doing. Honestly hands down the best movers I've ever had. Adma and Eric are professionals and know what they are doing. They do everything for your best interest. They move everything super fast and if they know you are on a budget they try to make it within the time frame you have asked. Super out going, friendly, nice people. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is planning to have their stuff moved and doesn't want to get ripped off. Will be calling them in the near future for any further moving again.

I used All American Movers 4 years ago to move and I was very happy then. Now, 4 years later,
I needed to move my son I called All American Movers who, once again were very professional
they cover my furniture with blankets David and tom were great. Fast, efficient and nice guys! Would highly recommend these guys for any moving job you may need.
All American Movers did a good job with our move. They worked hard and fast They took the time to wrap everything in blankets. They picked it up on time and it only took them a couple days to drop our stuff off after moving it from Ohio to Maryland. everything arrived in the same condition and everything was accounted for.
Over all a good company. A little expensive but they provide good service.
