The night that the tow was completed for the [redacted] of the [redacted] that sent in the complaintIt was in an area that has bad cell service for my driverMy driver was told by the [redacted] that he thinks he owes $or $My driver was not sure that was true but he agreed and received the money anyways do to NOT being able to check the system because of bad cell serviceHe was later able to check the system and found that the member only owed centsThe driver did forget to update management about the issue until it was brought to his attention after the very rude phone call to the dispatcherTelling the dispatcher that there was no money owedThis is not trueThere was money owed it was just [redacted] tried returning a phone call to the number left by [redacted] ? and left a message to call back for? reimbursementNo one has called back yet.This is nothing more than a misunderstandingI have had a check ready for the reimbursement of $to pay back to the owner this whole timeI just needed a phone call back to be informed where to mail the checkI can be reached at [redacted]
