Brian Rader has been my general contractor on two projects: one quite extensive recentlyHe has consistently been very thorough and competent and has advised me well even when I didn't know what I wantedMy most recent project has included remodeling a bathroom, painting my home (all square feet of it), replacing flooring, replacing railings, roofing a part of my house and many other small jobs He engaged a very talented team of painters who worked hours a day to complete this massive project in about two weeks with just 2-workers every dayThe painters were very thorough and replace a lot of rotted wood siding, painted my concrete stairs and freshened up all of the metal and railings When he found out that part of my roof was leaking, he engaged a top quality roofer and they quickly repaired the entire flat part of my roof On the bathroom, he worked with a plumber to make sure my fixtures were installed properly and promptlyThe tile floor and tile work in the shower was completed beautifully and always on scheduleI can't say enough good things about Brian and his team and I heartily recommend him for any work

My most recent project has included remodeling a bathroom, painting my home (all 3300 square feet of it), replacing flooring, replacing railings, roofing a part of my house and many other small jobs.

He engaged a very talented team of painters who worked 12 hours a day to complete this massive project in about two weeks with just 2-3 workers every day.
