Review: I hired the services for a private investigator for marital surveillance on 10/2014 the PI [redacted] required a payment on full upon signing a contract .[redacted] agree to provide the services and have the results between 3 weeks.then [redacted] never contact me again and took over a month for him to contact me and told me he had not work on my case excep from some gps device information he said was out of state state and city and had no information on my case.he has been very difficult to get in contact do not answer phone at his bussiness location or hes private line.unable to contact via email .after a brief call on december he ask for a meeting saying he will call me again he didnt not .I try few times to call mesage email with no results until I finally contact him he told me the he was working on very high profile cases and had no time to work on my case .but h was planning to be on town for the hollidays and will have time to work on my case.He ask for some inf. the I provided to him via text. Again n response to any call o mesage finally on february I call him snd told him what was going on snd he said was out of town and for sure his assistant will call me until now he has not call failled to answer any of my mesages calls.I report him to the license bureau and he promise to contact me according to the agent the he failled to report any information to them.My case was transfer to a diferent department he was contact by both agents and tokd the he was more thrn willing to refund my paymnt and will contact me time has pass and he still has not call me he told the agent from resolution program he was out of town and will call me again he has not contact me I dont think he has any interest and call me .Desired Settlement: I will like to obtain a total refund from [redacted] since he didnt provide any information , as was establish in the contract.His been uncoperative and very unproffessional .I will like him to refund my payment and full since I been waiting for 6 months with out any results on my case .
