arranged for Mr. [redacted] to come look at the car where it was dropped off which was in front of my shop. He came, looked at the entire car, and even took it on the freeway for a test drive. The car ran excellent and he was very pleased with it. He was even so excited about purchasing the car he took a couple of pictures with me and the car. The car was then sold as-is and the money was given to the previous owner of the car. Two months later I received text messages from Mr. [redacted] threatening me because the brakes on the car went bad. I explained to him that the car was sold as-is and with an old car there are bound to be problems he then proceeded to keep sending me threatening text messages.
