stating he would call the next day in the morning to pay this invoice owed.  After never hearing from him, I sent the invoice multiple times again to the email address on file.  Never, was a complaint mentioned regarding the service and pricing.When we have a wood stove to be cleaned, we receive a better result by cleaning inside out.  We turn the stove enough to get the brushes up inside, so we can control what falls down and vacuum it up.  We have been doing it this way for over 30 years.Regarding the 2% credit card fee, this is printed on all of our work orders, and it a default message at the bottom of our invoices.  It is in smaller writing, but it's always there for our customers to see and have that knowledge ahead of time.  This is a fee that we pay for processing credit cards, and we must transfer that fee to our customers.I will agree to drop the price to $210, plus tax, plus the 2% credit card fee.  I don't have a way to dispute what he was apparently told on the phone regarding the price.  $225 is our standard cleaning fee for wood stoves.  Again, it auto populates when we put that code in for a cleaning.Thank you.
