We booked the company to move us and paid a deposit of $105. When non-essential businesses were shut down, they called and canceled telling us they hoped to re-open. I requested a refund via the phone the week before we moved and via text mulitple times. I also disputed it with my CC copmany after they refused to respond. I was called one week before our move date and told they were back in business. I told the owner we already hired a new company and as of one week away had received no information from them at all. They are still not refunding my deposit.
This is the conversation that had taken place after the fact the information was miscommunicated over the telephone above are screenshots and also another from where the money has been In dispute but is waiting on the cardholders bank.
Even though in the call we do indicate that the reservation fees is non refundable. Im doing what I can on my part to make sure this is resolved as professionally possible.

I have reached out to them to again request the refund. I was never told it was non-refundable, never received a receipt or contract of any kind. My bank denied the refund due to me having provided my credit card information for the transaction. I reached an agreement with the company and they refunded me 50%.Thank you.
