My husband and I leased a pathfinder platinum from Bob Rohrmans Kenosha NissanThe finance manager committed fraud by saying we paid him 5,dollars down for our vehicle when we never gave them a dimeWe talked about trading in a car for 7,down but the car was in the shop getting fixed so he said he'll pull some strings and make the bank think we paid him 5,down then once we get our car fixed we can bring it in for the down paymentCome to find out this is fraud that was committed on top of all the other promises and lies and threats of violence that were committed this really is just start of the issuesWe had a paint and leather protection put on the car that took them weeks to put on when it normally takes daysMy husband went back times pointing out issues with spots they missed with the leather protectorThen after they finally got it right away few weeks later our sunroof started to leak and we brought the car back in they claimed to have fixed it but on the ride home it was raining and we got rained onWe brought the car back in waited another week and went back on a Saturday to speak with the general manager but he was gone at on a Saturday afternoon but we did get to speak to Adam *** and Mike ***While talking to Adam and Mike they advised my husband and us how horrible their service department is and how they refer people to other nissan dealers for their services on their vehicles they also both talked about the *** family and not in a nice way but I'm not gonna get to in depth about that on here other than they said Bob *** is a *** *** *** and his some is a *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** * *** *** ** *** ***There was more but again I need to not get too detailed cause the site won't let me post certain wordsSafe to say this behavior and talk made me and my husband feel very uneasy and like we were tied to a business of very disgusting unprofessional people and people is me being niceMy husband went back the next day to speak to the general manager about his concerns and what was said to both of us and after he spoke to the general manager he went and spoke to the guys who were telling me and my husband these things after he was done he continued to talk with my husband and during there talk Mike *** walked by the office swearing at my husband raising his fist saying he would knock my husbands teeth down his throat the general manager sat there and acted like this was behavior and just told Mike to walk away and stop so once my husband and the general manager were done talking my husband was waiting for the car to get finished up finally with the sunroof when he went to say by to the general manager who at the time was talking to the employees Adam and Mike my husband went to say something and before he could say a word Mike jumped up again in his face fist held in the air and threatened to knock my husbands teeth down his throatAfter that my husband got pulled in our salesman Jeff's office and he said oh my God I can't believe what he just did and how he didn't get fired on the spot Jeff apologized and sincerely felt badMy husband went to service got in the car and drove away The next day I called to asker the general manager what had happened and what was being done to the employee who threatened my husbands life not once but twice I called times and left voicemail and never received a call back so I called him back after work at about finally reaching him and I told him who I was he asked what do I want and I said what are is going on with the employee who threatened my husband before I got the words out I got hung up on so then me and my husband decided to go up there personallyWhen we got there the general manager started screaming telling my husband he needs to leave and never come back and my husband said why did you hangup on my wife over and over not getting a answer then he asked what happened to the employee who threatened my life what did you do about thatMy husband said he's gonna contact the *** family and have the security tapes pulled then the finance manager and general manager both laughed and said Goodluck there are no cameras in the show room and my husband said well everyone here seen it and he said no one here is gonna back you up everyone here is gonna stick together and deny itLittle did he know my husband recorded the whole conversation from the moment he walked in until the moment he leftThe general manager then claimed my husband threatened him as he was leaving so finally the police get to the dealership and the general manager said he was threatened and they listened to the whole recording and said well obviously he lied cause they can hear everything loud and clear and definitely made no threats but they would recommend staying away from *** *** like that and taking matters to the Revdex.com and to corporate so here I amThis is a warning to any consumer out there do not I repeat do not buy from Bob rohrmans nissan in kenosha I don't know how Bob *** other locations are but I can tell you it's been days me and my husband have been trying to reach Ryan *** who runs all the stores and not one call has been returned so makes me think he probably isn't much more pleasant than the people at nissan and all the weird negative stuff we heard about the family probably is trueAnyway this is my experience and I recommend stay far away from those peopleThanks

Kenosha Nissan had my car under warranty in their shop for a repair, look over or oil change at least three times while my ABS light was on. During this time they never informed me that this meant there was an issue until after my car's warranty was up. They claim that they would have noticed this and proactively told me this was an issue that needed to be resolved but I know with 100% certainty this is not the case because the light was on after my first visit to their shop with 26,000 miles on the car (roughly).
The same service manager who no longer works there, that was working with me told me I couldn't have my bearing replaced under warranty with out changing out my tire firs which I would have had to buy new in the process of having the warranty repair. The new service manager informed me this is not the case and that they can replace it under warranty with out replacing the tire. So I know that I was getting bad information to begin with through the service manager previous to the one I currently work with.
Further more I am not a gear head. The ABS light was on as long as I can remember right next to my traction control light and I just figured it was always on to inform me that the ABS system was in tact.
Either way I can't trust this business; I have caught them in one lie and they can't admit the possibility of fault with regards to my ABS repair that I know require less than 5K miles out of warranty.
I feel like when you bring your car to them for Factory warranty repairs they are not going to let you know about additional issues in hopes to make more money off of you in the future when your car is no longer under warranty.
