All About You Towing

On August 28, 2017 at appx 4:30pm, the alternator went out on my *** and I called All About You Towing. My vehicle did not have any damage on it when the tow truck arrived. All About You Towing took my vehicle to *** Automotive for repair. *** did not lift the vehicle off the ground to do repair.

I picked up my vehicle on August 29, 2017. Upon returning to work, I notice a dent in the front on the rear passenger quarter panel, the rear bumper had a large scrap on the underside, bumper brackets were broken, rear wiring harness for lights was destroyed ... Body Shop estimate places the damage at $1600. The expert opinion of the Body Shop owner was that the vehicle had been dropped or dragged over something concrete due to the amount of damage.

The driver of the tow truck was sent to my office. He said that he did not damage my vehicle AND that I could not prove otherwise. The statement of "I cannot prove otherwise" is very concerning. My vehicle did not have any damage before tow and $1600 after tow.
