All About U Medical

We are a practice management company that manages all of the business dealing for *** Associates. We hired ***, All About U Medical Billing on or about Feb 25, 2019 to process the vision & medical claims to the insurance companies, other vendors, and patients. She was picking up the "Day Sheets", "Superbills", and EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) on a weekly but not longer than on a biweekly basis. I thought things were being done timely. It wasn't until towards the end when I created my own spreadsheets to track what our income should be and looking through the EOBs that had denials from the insurance companies that I started to question what was actually being done. I terminated her services when I started to tally up how much money we've lost from her not doing her job efficiently. Upon termination, I've requested the above said documents, to mitigate our losses and file what she hasn't numerous times, and sent out demand letters to no avail.

We've also never been physically provided any usable A/R (Accounts Receivable) reports. I kept asking for them and she finally provided me access to her Google sheets in September with what she calls the A/R. In less than a month, she revoked my access to this file. I've asked her for access or a physical copy numerous times. I have had my assistant contact her as well but she has yet to produce a usable A/R but refuse to correct her invoice charging us for such service.

She has costs this business upwards of $9k+ in unfiled claims or denied claims due to "over the timely filing limit". We continue to incur damages since she refuses to return our documents to us.

Upon termination, instead of responding to when she can deliver our property she sent an invoice with a changed rate from her previous ($20/hr to $80/hr for August, $50/hr for September, and $46/hr for October.
