WELL WELL JEREMY L** CAME TO MY HOME TO GIVE A REQUESTED ESTIMATE HIS HONEST FINDING WAS THAT I WOULD NOT NEED A NEW ROOF FOR AT LEAST YRS HE DID DISCOVER HOWEVER THAT FLASHING ETC AROUND CHIMNEY HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED NEW WHEN MY MOM RE-ROOFED GAVE AN ESTIMATE TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE AND EXPLAINED REASONS FOR GIVING ROOF AT LEAST A FIVE YEAR LIFE CHECKED COMPLETE ROOF FOR ISSUES MY SON AND I SURELY LEARNED A LOT REGARDING ROOF CARE AND MAINTAINANCE THANKS ALL ABOUT ROOFING WILL SURELY INSTALL MY FIRST METAL ROOF WHEN NEEDED
