We let Merchant Services validate that this was a valid charge and at that time this dispute was resolved. Complainant was notified that all documents that were submitted to credit card company in this matter could be requested through them. Complainant received the product she purchased by certified mail on 6 November 2015 and a certified letter stating that this was our final response closing this matter.
