Review: The customer Service there was very rude and unfriendly. I had left my eyeglass frames there along with my Fendi case and when I went to pick my prescription up they had given me a different eyeglass case. When I asked the woman about my missing eyeglass case she claimed that it was probably left at the lab. The next day when I asked her again she had then claimed that I had taken it home with me.Desired Settlement: I think I deserve that they replace my Fendi case.
