Just got cut off and my mirror hit by an Alina run bus (0010) trying to merge. Didn’t stop and when confronted gave us the middle finger and cut is off again with a bus full of children.

If you have a child using Alina’s Bus Company, consider taking them off ! If you’ve had problems don’t stop with a bad review, take the next step and call the Office of Pupil Transportation and file a complaint. They take these complaints very seriously and will contact you soon after. Alina’s bus company treats your child like a dollar sign and has no concern for the child’s safety or comfort . After several issues, we took our little one off the bus and cancelled transportation. If you hit them where it hurts maybe they will wake up. The last resort for us was the wrong child getting off the bus at drop off . My fear and the look of fear on the child is heart stopping ! This should NEVER happen.

Yesterday was 91 degrees outside and when They dropped off my child he was sweating like he took a shower inside the bus. I asked ny child if they had the AC on and she said no. So besides of having her more than an and a half ride WITHOUT AC? And for some reason she says she doesnt want to go in that school bus. Im going to make a report on 311 this has to stop!

The bus service is horrible. They have no specific pick and drop off time. Sometimes they will call u and at other times they won't. The bus staff is also very rude and I also fear if they mistreat the kids. My little one had a hard time adjusting in the beginning so I always left him crying in the bus. The bus staff was never cooperative and after sending my child off I had this feeling if they abused him or not. My child never tells anything related to school and bus ride.

Worst bus company ever. They change routes/ drivers without noticing parents. They want my kid to stay more than 2 hours on that stinking bus. The dispatcher ladies are rude and not helpful at all. Just horrible.

Horrible company for children to ride the bus on I am a parent and it is horrible how they treat the parents the women are rude as hell. They like about pick up times and want you to place your child on the bus knowing that it's more then an hour 45 min drive ... This place sucksssssssssss

Review: Hello My Name Is [redacted] and as of last year July I found an ad in the metro new papers stating that Alina school bus company were hiring,and it will cost me the total amount $350 Not including finger prints from the board of education which was $115.I interviewed with the owner and he told me he will pay $150 and I will just have to pay the $200 he told me after training at bus drivers r us he will give me job with his company and the $100 will be deducted from my first check.Well sad to say I never got a job with him after cause business was running slow he said and the girls that answered the phone which were unprofessional told him I was being rude,so he said he didn't want to have me work with him.So I called him several time inquiring about my State Certification from the board of ed stating to him I need it for my new job,but he's telling me I have to now pay him back $100 in order to get it.I honestly think its not fair that I wasted $315 and cant get a job now because he doesn't want to give me my state certification and I need that to complete my hiring process.Please help me.Desired Settlement: I will like to see if you guys can help me get my certification from him,or take him to court.

Since last year we contacted [redacted] on several occasions, and told her she could come into the office and pick up whatever papers we had regarding her training. She wanted us to mall the documents to her. Considering that several of the documents were originals that could not be replaced, we felt that it was best for her to pick them up in person and not risk loss in the mail.

We have all documents ready to be picked up at her convenience. We are open Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM.

I trust that this will satisfy [redacted]'s complaint.
