Loved our experience with getting set up with Aliant, they really do care for your needs and do everything to meet your expectations. We researched a lot of different places and we are so glad we chose them! Their payment system is easy to use and works for the needs of our business. We loved working with Meredith who really made sure to keep us informed on each stage of the process and helped answer any questions we had.

Good customer service. Good communication and follow-through. Have used them for processing now for 1 year. Costs were as represented. Some small, little bumps in the road, but Heidy was able to get those taken care of promptly. So far a good experience.

Gian C. helped our seemingly desperate situation of finding an appropriate merchant account. Gian and everybody on the team was extremely professional and helped up succeeded in this process. They said they could help our business in the very first call and they did. Furthermore, they didn't inflate or try to inflate our processing fees or rates - they were extremely responsive and professional.
