On May 4th I visited this establishment, to my dismay I was overcharged for a beverage I purchased.On May 4th I visited this establishment, to my dismay I was overcharged for a beverage I purchased. I called on May 11th to express my concern. The balance taken in my account from [redacted]'s was 11.09 my purchased amount quoted was 4.50 the server charged me 5.50. I did not argue with that I signed the receipt and left. I checked my account I was overcharged by the server totalling $11.09. The manager has not contacted me I left a message with his staff.Desired SettlementI want the money back because that was not professional and a criminal offense to steal money from customers. I would like to see the thieving server fired because its likely she has done this before.Business Response This customer contacted us directly on May 11th and the credit was refunded to her card the sameday, May 11th.
