Review: This is the company hired to do repairs on the house I rent after a fire. Besides the total disrespect to the property that was still in my house at the time they started, I have some tools missing.I was not given the opportunity to pack properly. I am missing a Dewalt gyroscoptic screwdriver and accessories, a Snapon magnetic rachett screwdriver, a hammer that was in my garage. I made sure I went through everything in my house before this was submitted. Also, I was promised a couch to be replaced that was damaged by workers. After I was told they were done, I made plans to move back in. It took 2 weeks to get my gas turned on because no one knew they needed an inspection? Really? Knowing I was back in the house in spite of it all, workers are banging on my door at 8:30 in the morning after I had worked until 4:00a.m.the night before. No heads up phone call. This is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever seen. I have worked in this field for a while. Never did I treat the people that were putting food on my table the way these people treated me. I had my floors and trim painted in oil paint. I made sure they knew that. They painted over all of it with latex. Can't wait for that to start peeling. I can't even mop my floors. It is all going to have to be done over. Needless to say. I am not a happy camper.Desired Settlement: Replace the tools and the couch and I will drop this. Otherwise, I will be filing a police report for theft and damage to property. I do have receipts for 2 of the items. I want them replaced with the same brand as the ones that were stolen.
