I am rejecting this response due to the fact that there is not adequate information on how my case will be dealt withI am requesting the actions that will be taken regarding the Nurse PractitionerI also received no response as to how my medical bills will be resolvedAn error that one of your staff members has caused me, I now have thousands of dollars in medical bills and I have missed months of workI am requesting (at minimum) the remainder of my bills be pardoned, as well as full reimbursement for what I have already paid to dateIf neither of these requests can be met then I will move forward with legal action, as well as contacting the media in relation to the improper care that I received from the Doctors and Nurses at St Alexius Hospital
