I told her we would need to see the item, and we would try to resolve the issue. She refused to bring them back. She wanted use to refud her the amount of her total bill including the clothes. I told her our owner is in a meeting and would call her back. I told her I could definitely give her the $10 back the price of stretching the boot. She became verbally abusive. She has never brought the items back for us to look at. We can take another look at them, but she has had them for over a month, and we can not be sure what has happened to them within that time frame.
