Alexander Exterminating

We contracted with Alexander Exterminating Co. in 2011 after having termite damage to a home we own. They were good about going for an annual inspection until 2015 when they failed to do the inspection. When we realized that they had not done so we contacted them and they said that they could no longer honor the contract. We feel that this was an error on their part and they should have made the inspection even though it was late it wasn't like a year or two. It was only like 6 or 7 months late.
