Joe *** called my home the night of 4-27-He stated Alex tended to jump the gun and he is working with him to learn to set up a contracts for service which clearly define the scope of services for both partiesHe also stated, since there was no contract between Alex and I to do the work in question, I did not have to pay for the work Alex did that totaled $As far as I am concerned this concludes the complaint processSince I had not made payment to Alex in the amount of $for work done in April, no refund is needed
