Alert Security

Review: In August we informed Alert Security in writing we would not be utilizing their Monitoring service on the alarm system in our home. We sent this notice with our August bill. In September we received another bill from Alert Security for the monthly monitoring service for the month of September. Again we mailed them the bill back informing them that we had informed them in august of our discontinuing their monitoring service. We also called them at their number [redacted] and left a message to call us. then again in October we received another bill with billing for September and October. Since receiving the October I have called Alert Security and left messages, (I have never reached a real person), for them over ten times asking them to call us to resolve the billing issue. They have NEVER called me back as of today, Oct 20, 2015.It is obvious they are not interested in me as a customer or the bad feeling they are creating for me.In the next dew days, I plan on going on face book to all family and friends to express my feeling towards this poor customer service Alert Security shows to their customers. I have also informed Alert Security I will be posting my feelings on [redacted] to approximately 1,500 family and friends, (the majority of which are in their market area).Desired Settlement: Make it known to Alert Security I discontinued their monitoring service, (in writing), as of August 2015 and that I do not intend to pay any further monitoring on the house alarm. Further they had better not report any late payments to any credit bureau.[redacted]
