Alert Patrol

Invoiced for guard on days no guard could be located on Property & billed for patrol car that was broken down in our parking lot for several weeks.
On December 1, 2 and 3, no API security guard could be located on the property, December 4th no guard could be located at 10:57 pm, December 18th no guard could be found on the property, and no guard could be located on property December 22nd at 11:45pm. The patrol car that is part of the contract has been broken down in parking lot for several weeks, the API security guard has showed up as much as 41 minutes late, the contract rate is $24 per hour working the scheduled hours of 8pm to 4am for guard and patrol vehicle.
