Wouldn't hire them to walk my dog. Salesman got my number from my wife because we were thinking about redoing our bathroom. First call I told them we were not interested. Second call told them not interested and remove us from call list. Started blocking their phone number. They just keep calling using a different phone number. They have called at least 12 times. I don't even live in the same state as when it started. I'd rather send money to the Nigerian Prince, than deal with these people. Revdex.com rates them A+ which is a joke from what I see on these reviews.

only bought gutter protection from Alenco. We don't want to move or service his gutters do we???? I do not think the gutter protection is causing any of his issues is having with this gutters.

We had a 5:30 appointment. They called at 6 to say the salesperson couldn’t make it. Can we reschedule? No, my husband took off work early to make the appointment and you didn’t show. You don’t get our money. Then they called 4-5 times a day asking for another chance and that I would get the “inconvenience discount” added to my quote. I told him no, and he was relentless. Terrible, terrible customer relations.

I scheduled an appt thru a representative that was at a Sam's Club in St. Louis MO. I was not going to schedule anything because I did not see in their literature anything about roofs, but she said they did do roofs. So I scheduled an appt for 5:00 pm a few days later. My husband were ready and waiting. By 5:30 we figured they were not going to show. We received a call at 6:00 pm indicating they just got a call 5 min ago from the salesman indicating he had a family emergency and wanted to know if we could reschedule. I said not, I think we will pass. He got angry and said, his brother was in a car accident, would next week be better? Again, I simply said "I think we will pass". He got mad and said "OK" and hung up. He seemed to take it very personal. I was very sorry if something really did happen, but think about it from our perspective, it sounds a little fishy. Why they didn't offer to call next week? I am glad I got the sign early and avoided any dealings with this company. Also the office person that called to confirm the appt was not very good. She called and left a msg. I returned the call and she got all of my info. She then called back a couple hours later and didn't have any of my info and couldn't remember if she even talked to me or not. These people are terrible at Customer Service and I would NEVER recommend them for ANY type of service. BE WARE!!!!!

They replaced siding on our home. 2 yrs after installed, the siding failed. Reached out to ALENCO for assistance due to their supposed Warranty/Guarantee. Was told they no longer represent so you'll have to deal with Mfg on your own. This was over a year ago and after filing a complaint with State of MO Attorney General in November, 2018, ALENCO amazingly responded but they are not responding to requests for info requested by siding mfg. We wouldn't hire ALENCO to install a light bulb. Buyers beware of smooth talking and TV ads. A local radio personality recommends them and based on his recommendation we reached out to ALENCO. Big mistake! And, we're paying for it - twice!

Unbelievable!! Wish I could give negative stars. I have tried twice to give them the opportunity to have a sales person come out and give an estimate on siding for my house. Made the appointment 1 week ago, had to call them the day before to confirm and they assured me they would be here. 30 minutes before the appointment they called to say the sales rep was sick and would have to cancel the appointment. I had to take off work and reschedule my day for a cancellation. I found it funny that this was the same excuse I got before. They are certainly not in the business of customer service! If they can't keep a sales appointment, how is anyone supposed to expect them to do quality work or complete the job on time or complete the job at all. Buyer beware....these are the same people that hand out flyers at Sam's Club.

Alenco came over on a Saturday to give us an estimate. The salesman assured us that the job would not be any trouble and we wrote him a check as a deposit. Alenco went on to cash our check, but then called us three weeks after the initial bid and after a second person from the company came over to look at the job, and told us that they could not complete our project. We were very upset that it took three weeks to determine this after the Sales guy assured us that our job could be done. When asked for the company to work with us to find a solution, they refused. Long story short, they completely wasted our time and I would never recommend this company to anyone. A lot of promises without a lot of follow through!

Our city has a no solicitation ordinance. This company has visited our house twice since our sign has been up. The first time I pointed my sign out, and the rep just kept trying to push the product saying, "It's ok, it's ok, we're talking to all your neighbors!" Just today a rep came again and said, "I saw your no solicitation sign, but we're not soliciting because we just want to offer you a free estimate!" They are in clear violation of the ordinance, and why on earth would anybody do business with someone who thinks the law doesn't apply to them and disrespects your request to leave? Based on other reviews, this seems to be an accurate reflection of their poor business ethics.

I met with a representative at the Sam's Club in Topeka and set up an appointment. I was told I would receive a phone call on Monday or Tuesday to confirm a Saturday appointment. When Thursday came I called the company who had no record of such appointment. I spoke with Allen the owner who set me up with Karen to schedule for Saturday at 2pm. The appointment was confirmed yet no one showed. No phone call or email from the company to explain lack of service or communication. I can not recommend them as they did not show for an appointment they scheduled.

very rude!!!! Set up an appointment didn't show up said they called and left a message on our answering machine which they did not and said that someone had to delete it which we didn't wouldn't
have them in my house with the attitude they have if they lie to you on the phone they can't be trusted!!!!

This company refuses to do business with me as a female homeowner without my husband present. They were very rude and discriminatory! The manager said it was their policy to refuse to give even a quote without my husbands permission. WOW!!!!!!

Alenco placed a shower unit in at *** on Feb. 11.2018 but has not finished such installation in that they left one side completely open allowing the water to run out on bathroom floor. I paid $ 6000.00 for such shower system and I feel such Installation such be done properly, not just put in an parrtially.

To whomever it may concern,

After reading customers complaint it was coming across as though we left a wall open. After further research here is what I found: We installed the shower 100% according to contract with the customer. The customer was to purchase their own shower curtain or shower door and have it installed. The shower curtain they purchased and installed is too short for their low profile shower pan. Therefore, water is coming out. This is the first we have heard about this however. So if the customer could reach out to us directly we would be glad to help them or give them some suggestions.
