I hired them to pack and wrap belongings of mine that we're going to be moved into a storage facility and they failed to wrap some pictures and a wall clock which ended up getting damaged by them
Midas moving is a great company We requested this company to take care of a local move The packed us up, on time and completeThe loaded us up, on time and complete, a two story home done in 3-1/hrsThey loaded and verified everything, great jobWe originally scheduled a delivery time at 7am The seller [the house we were moving into] had a difficult transition and Midas rescheduled the delivery This was not the end Once at our move in location they took care of me, Midas is the best, period
Review: I went into the Aldo store to place an order for two purses that I wanted to purchase (order in store for free shipping). Please note that I have done this purchase process several times in the past. I had written down the purses name, colors, and prices to speed up the ordering process. However, this time I did not receive my complete order in the mail. By calling customer service I learned that my order was done as one purchase and one order (meaning I left the store with one item). The customer service rep was very little help and just suggested that I return to the store to solve the matter. I am very disappointed because I have been shopping with Aldo for years and love there shoes and purses. Now I have been charged for two items and I have only recieved one.Desired Settlement: I would like the item I purchased and something for the inconvenience. This was an item intended for a birthday gift that I now will not have.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Yes, I was contacted by the regional director of Aldo. She simply apologized for the mistake and they shipped my item that should have arrived days before her call. However, I order this item as a birthday gift for someone because it was suppose to arrive in a certain time frame. That time had long passes and they offered nothing for the mistake or inconvenience that I was caused to do there workers mistake. She did not even offer the upgraded shipping. She admitted that it was a mistake on there end and that she would sent it out (standard shipping).
