Their online contract process is a scam. They made the contract length 60 months after I had e-signed, although the door-to-door serviceman advised me that I could discontinue the service at any time. They sent me a letter to charge me over $3,000.00 to discontinue the service, although I explained that I never used the system and could not afford the service once cancer treatment started. I have had to delay treatment because I could not afford the bill they sent me of over $3,000.00 to discontinue the service. I made the mistake of not looking to see if my signature was being used on other documents with this company after I had e-signed by internet. It is very evident that my signature was copied from the e-sign consent document to the other documents (Agreement and SES).
