Alcorn Pump and Filtration

Alcorn Pump were lifesavers!! We had no water in the house - well pump problem! It was near mid-day on a Friday -.could I get someone here before Monday!? Long-story-short, less than 4 hours after my call to Alcorn Pump, Alex solved my problem and we had water again!! And no, it was not my biggest fear - a new pump! Alex replaced a faulty control box and helped us return to normal - water in the house. Alex had a couple jobs ahead of me, but still, to get here and fix the issue in less than 4 hours of calling him! Alex and Alcorn pump literally saved the day for us. If you have similar problems, my suggestion - don't hesitate- call Alcorn Pump! WE WILL!! And thanks to my niece *** for suggesting them - they helped her as well!!

Our pump quit working late one afternoon. Since our system is nearly 60 years old I feared the worst and immediately started an online search through *** for a well pump service company. Alex from Alcorn Pump & Water Filtration called the same evening around 11:30pm and arranged to come to our house to diagnose the problem the following morning at 10am.
Alex arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem (thankfully it was just a component in the control box that had failed). While there he also checked our pressure switch settings and recharged our storage tank (which hadn't been checked in quite a few years). We also walked down to the well head and discussed what would be required for access when the inevitable happens and the pump finally needs to be replaced.
Our pump is working fine now, but we will certainly call Alcorn Pump & Water Filtration when we need any water well service in the future. We are extremely grateful that the problem could be fixed so quickly especially considering that the Coronavirus/COVID-19 is active in our area and a "Stay Home" order was in effect.
