My car was repped to their location in *** When I called to check on my car, they told me that my items were stored in a secured location (that's the first lie). Second, when I called to schedule ro pick up my items, I was not informed that my car had been moved. After I paid to get my car back, I made an appointment to pick up my items. After driving all the way there, the lady informed me that someone was supposed to had called me that morning and told me that when my car was moved with my property in it. After a bunch of back and forth with them and the company where my car was taken, come to find out my license plates were missing. 1 representative told me that they were in my trunk. I called the other company back and they checked....no plates. After a lot of finger pointing between the 2 places, another rep told me that when my car left the lot with the plates on the car. Other company says that when it arrived there weren't any plates on it and that they have pictures of both the outside and inside of the car and there aren't any plates. All in all, someone walked off with my valid license plates and no one wants to take responsibility. I can accept if they told me they got rid of them but their story has been inconsistent from day 1

This business keeps giving m he run around about releasing my car
My 2012 Hyundai Tucson was repossessed on 12/26/2019. I paid all fees to release my car on 12/27/2019. This business has been giving me the run around in regards to releasing my vehicle to me. They say u can only pick up by appointment, but when I try to make an appointment they say they're closed that day. I finally made an appointment for 01/02/2020. As I was on the way to Nashville the day of I received a call saying that they have to cancel because there was an emergency and nobody was there to release my vehicle. I live an hour away from this location so being as though I was already on my way I had to have my Uber driver turn around and go home. I still do not have my car. I Have missed so much work because of this.

They were responsible for actually repoing my car and holding my things out of the car. When I got my things I'm missing 3 cellphones.
My car was took on 06/14/2019, I went to get my things out of my car on 07/01/2019. I went through the bags of items with the lady and we did not find my three phones, one of them was in a white shipping box because I was suppose to send it back to*** and then my car was took so of course it was still in it. The other two were out to be seen. Upon me telling her they were missing she went on to say they never seen any phones in the car, but wouldn't show me the pictures of the things in my car. I tried to submit a complaint (what she offered me to fix it) and the letter was returned to me.

After seeing paperwork that the car does not have a lien on it anymore they still trying to repo my car and the car is paid off withclean title as
