Albrite Electric, KSA

On 7 /18/2018 we were called for the following complaint, This is a duplex and both were running heaters and breaker tripped, believes this one circuit is not separated, Wants estimate and states tenant has access to panel box. So we provided an estimate of exact detailed description of what items we had found at that time. The written proposal shows what was included and priced per room and item on the first floor. These items were discussed with the tenant on site to verify the locations. *** approved the work, we completed it and it was paid for. That was for $1296.00 (see attached) You will see that we did four no charge items on the final billing just because they were serious electrical safety issues and we did not want harm to go to their tenants. How the electrician determined : To determine items that on the first floor and tied to 2nd floor, the Electrician shut off the second floor electric to see what went off on the first floor. These items on the the first floor that went off, were rewired to the first floor panel and removed from the second floor panel. This is exactly what we were asked to do, priced it and did exactly what we billed for. So now one year later, Sarah *** calls in that the tenant has issues with the electric stove, that when the stove goes off he has loose of power in parts of home, when stove is on he has dim power in home, he has no stove and hot water at this time. Please note she had not mentioned any other items at this time. We went over gave an estimate and outlined the work to do. The *** have stated that the Tenant likes to mess around with the Electric, and this was proven to us on 7 /8/2019 as when the Electrician went over both electrical panels for the first and second floor apartments where taken off and laying on the floor. Sarah *** called in and wanted to book the work, but had a question- she stated I thought we paid you a year ago to separate the electric here. So I told her I would review with Electrician and get back to her. So the Electrician wrote them an email dated July 10.2019 (see attached). She called the next day to book the work and I told her we are booked out several weeks, she thought I told her we could come the next day to do this work. I said no I did not, we are booked several weeks out, she said ok, I'll find another Electrician. Then *** calls, complaining bringing up the work done in 2018 that he is not happy that he thought he paid for a full complete separation of the two floors. After I tried to explain to him exactly what was done, as outlined on his paid invoice, he again brings up the tenant may have done some electric work here. I said if you are not happy with work we did back in 2018 why should we Albrite Electric proceed with you in 2019 and do this new work? Andrew got on the phone again tried to explain and got no where, did state we wish to pass on this new work for you and ended the conversation ..This is when they began posting negative comments on Albrite Electric *** and *** Business pages. Next it turned into this Revdex.com complaint. I don't understand the *** disputed amount of $1134. That was from work completed in 2018, and that he states," I would like the original job that we paid for completed correctly." That job was completed, outlined and paid for. So now in 2019 when a new issue came up (stove not working, lights dimming, and power in parts of home) you cannot come back and say that should have been fixed in 2018. We are 'passing' on the 2019 job that we estimated for the ***. And I hope that they stop with the posting of negative comments on social media. Kathy S President
