Below is part of our quote to her."Thank you for contacting usAs you may be aware, receiving a careless driving ticket is a serious matterIf convicted, this is a demerit violation against your license, a $fine, and a high likelihood of your insurance skyrocketing anywhere from 50%-300%
due to the fact that it’s a major conviction on your driver’s abstractObviously these are things you do not need nor want.If for whatever reason we cannot dismiss your ticket out of court, we are extremely confident and guarantee that you will still not be convicted of a careless driving charge or we will refund you in fullWe will negotiate with the crown prosecutor to have the charge amended to something much less severeThis includes demerits being lowered, paying a significantly smaller fine, and best of all avoid a major conviction on your driver’s abstract for insurance purposesWe have never failedOur clients have never been convicted of the original ticket violation"The original demerits was demerits: result was demeritsThe original fine was $543.00: the result was a $fineThe original charge was careless driving: the result was "follow too close".WE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT FAIL IN OUR SERVICE.WE WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND
Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/11/13) */
The complainant retained our services on May 25, 2015 after a conversation by phone. We stated to him that we would plead him not guilty and set a date for trial as he advised us he had 10 current demerit points and wanted the matter adjourned....
We advised him we would adjourn the matter and attempt to get the ticket withdrawn. If we were not able to get the ticket withdrawn, we advised him that we would in the least get the ticket reduced. We NEVER specified that we would get the ticket reduced by two demerit points or that we would get the ticket reduced to zero demerit points. That is not in our business practice to do so as such results can never be guaranteed on speeding tickets of this nature.
In the end, we traveled to Fort Saskatchewan twice. His matter was finally resolved on November 3, 2016 at the trial date. As promised, we did successfully get a reduction on the ticket. We saved the complainant 1 demerit point and $70 off the fine.
All our clients pay our fee up front. That way we know we must attend court on their behalf. [redacted] The complainant had no issue providing us his credit card information for payment up front.
We created a file on his matter. We plead him not guilty. We traveled to and attended Fort Saskatchewan Provincial Court twice. We reviewed the matter and negotiated a resolution with the crown prosecutor and we delivered by getting a reduction on the ticket. We did the work we told the complainant we would do. Therefore, we will not be refunding the fee paid to our company.

This company filled me with[redacted] promises and did not deliver as they stated they would. I am unhappy with the outcome and when tried to discuss with the business there was no remorse. I will not use this company again not only for their lack of communication and poor quality but for how they handle their customers as a whole.
