I am rejecting this response because: After cancelling in June ALberta Blue Cross continued to remove funds from automatic debating for monthsEach time removing $*** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** They eventually agreed that they were mistaken from the $*** *** *** *** ** *** they only refunded $Prior Revdex.com file #*** I want the balance remaining to be credited to my account pleaseThank you

After numerous attempts to reach the complaintant by phone he responded to our calls and we have arranged to refund the full amount as per his request. We trust that this resolves this matter to his satisfaction.
