my policy when replacing an arrangement is to exchange it for the originalWe made a new one exactly to recipe and sent it out to the recipientThere was nobody home and it was too cold to leave outsideWe called the recipient's number and there was no answer and no voicemailSo, we brought the arrangement back to the shop to await further instructionsThe arrangement is still in the cooler to this dayIf Ms*** would still like the arrangement delivered, I would ask her to please contact the recipient and have her contact us to arrange for a deliveryOtherwise, we are more than happy to refund her the full amount
