To some people $179.88 is not a lot but they left me with $17 to live off of. I am off work indefinitely due to a severe case of Covid. I have no income I live alone and I have nobody to get my medicines or food for me or loan me money, etc., I am in crisis I have no idea how I’m going to survive. And they have no concern for that. They stopped responding to me and I have the text thread to prove it. I don’t know how they can sleep at night it’s obvious to me, the fact that you cannot get a live person and they can ignore you says they don’t care .
Just return my money that you so easily took. You didn’t have a problem taking it out. What’s the problem with putting it right back? I want my money back I’m not a person that lets this kind of thing go.

I signed up to albert on 9/16. My card wasn't compatiable for me to get a loan. I tried several times to cancel. I was chatged *** on 10/1.

I canceled my Albert account in June of 2020, but there is still money being pulled into the Albert savings accounts I created. I'd like it to stop.
I had 3 savings accounts with Albert, but when I canceled my Albert account after withdrawing the money saved in the 3 accounts, Albert is still taking out the set amounts to try and save them. I dont want this to happen anymore, and I would like my money back if that is possible. I did cancel it June 9th, and I have the bank statement to prove when I withdrew all the money Albert was saving. I talked with an Albert assistant about canceling my account, but I do not remember who the assistant was. The resolution I would like is for Albert to stop charging my account, for my account with the Albert app to be terminated, and a refund of the money that Albert has saved since I canceled June 9th. It would be preferable if Albert could delete my account information as well, because I feel uncomfortable with them continuing to have it.

Ms. subsequently contacted our customer support department for cancellation instructions but after consultation, requested her account be switched to monthly billing. On 03/24/2020, Ms. contacted our customer support department with a question related to her personal finances. No additional communications have been received. Ms. currently has a positive Savings balance which can be withdrawn at any time. On July 24, 2020 Albert took *** out of my account, XXXXXX I believe it the order number. I have had this app for a few months and really enjoyed it because it helped with budgeting, however now this company is trying to say that in May I signed up for a Albert Genesis account which allows making deductions from your checking account. I did not sign up for this, as my budget is supertight, Which is why I got the app in the first place. I woke up to money being taken out of my account without my authorization, I am extremely upset and want the full amount refunded and my account closed. Albert's company makes me lose hope that there's actually apps without some kind of way to trick you and steal your money. I contacted them this morning July 24, 2020 at 7:00 AM. Their website informed me that they will not give refunds in terms of Albert Genesis, however I will file a dispute with my bank if I have to because I never approved this CHARGE! Please I'm warning you do not download this app because they will advertise to you that it is free and before you know it you're signed up for Albert Genesis and it's deducted from your bank account!!!!!
I would like a full refund immediately and my account to be completely closed. I would also like this business to give a better explanation to future customers so that this doesn't keep happening, and putting financial strain on people who are already struggling with their finances... I can barely afford what I have now let alone randomly *** coming out of my account... there should be a full explanation before, concluding service with the app that you will automatically sign the customer up and deduct funds from their account!!!!
