Hiredto cater my wedding, paid in full $598.60, & fired them for lack of communication/unprofessionalism. They promised a refund & stopped responding
I have sent several emails, texts to get details settled for my wedding and they hardly ever responded. After being promised several phone calls to go over details, and them not following through, along with having several new bad reviews, I decided to fire them as my caterer. I did not want to have to deal with the unreliability for my wedding. I was told my refund would be processed on 6/17 (via phone) and I still havent even received an email confirmation. After seeing several people not get their orders for fathers day, I reached out again and was told my refund would go through that monday or tuesday...again that was a lie. I have reached out several times and they will not respond to me or answer any phone calls from any phone number (I've tried having family call). I just want my money and for this company to stop screwing people over. There are several facebook reviews with the same issues.

On June 13 paid for 3 family meals for $63. Was supposed to be delivered Monday Wednesday and Friday between 4-6pm each night. At 3:15 Monday the 15th was messaged that they couldn't deliver-if they could please reschedule for next day. I agreed but also asked if any more issues arise to let me know with plenty of notice so I could have dinner for my family. Wednesday the 17th, 6pm, no dinner. I messaged Tracey who said the Chef cut himself and they were in ER all afternoon. I simply asked for a total refund at this point. She said yes with sincere apologies. On June 19 was the last communication from Tracy. She said I should have received an email confirming refund but it wouldn't post to my account for a few days. 2 more messages to her with no response. Reached out to her today via Facebook and no response there as well. I can see via messenger that she has been very active and online daily. She is just choosing to ignore my messages along with ignoring the refund promised. 3 dinners, only one delivered and that one delivered on wrong day. I have copies of all our correspondents as everything has been done electronically. None of these conversations were done via phone or in person. I have all our conversations saved electronically. It's a $63 refund that is owed to me. That's all I want.

Paid for food. Food did not arrive. Owner will not give refund for missing food. Won't reply to text or voicemail.
Used Albanese catering for our wedding on Feburary 1st 2020. Food arrived late. Order was for 3 entrees 3 sides and 2 appetizers along with "full service"(we paid $100 extra for). We were told "full service" would include staff to serve the food(buffet style) and to clean up the food. When the food arrived there was 1 little lady to get all the food inside and set up. She didn't even attempt to serve our guest's and rightfully so 1 person serving 50+ people would have never worked. Our sides we suppose to be Macaroni and cheese, Green Beans, and Roasted potatoes. The only side we received was the potatoes. We did not get our tray of Macaroni and cheese or Green beans. The day after the wedding I messaged the owner and she said she would be crediting me back money for the missing items and lack of "full service". She has not done so 2 weeks later. I have made many attempts to reach out to the owner. She is dodging me and will not act like a professional and do what is right and refund my money for the missing items.
