I just got off the phone with *** with the Revdex.com, who communicated that a former customer of ours, *** *** of *** *** ***, has filed a Revdex.com complaintI apologize, but this is the first I have heard about this complaint Mr*** correspondence was sent via
email, and I did not receive itI still have not seen Mr*** complaint Could you please send that through the mail? I understand that our company needs to reply to this complaint by today, or we will be considered nonresponsive I do see that in November of 2015, our company did agree with Mr*** that, although we did not provide work to fully replace the chimney and roof, we did perform minimal rot repair/replacement to the chimneyWe don't agree that our rot repair work was improperly done; we were simply attempting to seal an obvious leak in an economical way without replacing the roofAlthough we knew that the roof was in need of replacement, our impression was that Mr*** didn't want us to do it or that he didn't want to spend the money on itIt appears that in hindsight however, a full replacement of both chimney and roof would have been the appropriate scope of workIn order to put his situation to rest, we did offer to refund him the money for the chimney work that Treeline did. Because we are a seasonal company, we are very lightly staffed November - AprilOur Office Manager and Vice President, Sandy A*, is out of the country until the end of this month, so I am unable to find out from her the amount and date of this check if it has already been issued I do not see in any of the correspondence between Treeline and Mr*** the amount or timeline for the agreed upon refund, so I am unable to quickly determine on my own how much or when we agreed to send the refund. I will not be able to meet with Ms** until she returns to the United States after the 8th of MarchAt that time, I will know the amount and date of the check We would ask for Mr*** patience in this matterWe absolutely intend to refund Mr*** the money as formerly agreed, and we have no intention of withdrawing this offerAs stated earlier, I am only just today learning about this issue and have yet to read his complaint.
