They don't make them like him anymore: knowledgeable, professional, timely, polite, thorough, honest, decent, personable, clean, affordable. He and his wife, Bobby, and a part-time assistant, Robin, make up the business you'll be dealing with, and every one of them is a salt-of-the-earth type of person to deal with.
