A & L was to install a heating and cooling system prior to June 15, 2013. Work was started and five(5) holes were made in the ceiling of the living room (3) and hall way(2). Each hole is round and about 2.5 feet ( air outlets). Work was started on June 5, 2013. The five holes were cut in the ceiling and plastic grates were installed. The grates were plastic and hung down from the ceiling. They did not fit flush to the ceiling. Mrs. [redacted] upon inspection of the grates said she had specifically requested metal grates that fit flush to the ceiling. The workers left the job saying they would return the following day June 6th to continue installation of the heating and cooling system and would have the metal grates to replace the plastic grates. On June 6th the workers returned, took down the plastic grates and left the job. Numerous phone calls have been placed to the company phone and the owners mobile phone with no response. I live in a condominium and no installations are to be performed after June 15 through September 15th. We would like to have the ceilings repaired as we are no longer interested in doing business with A and L.
