A&L Auto Glass

On 7/24/20 I had a small window on passenger side rear door replaced that was shattered by a rock, my lawn guy called A&L auto glass for the repair, the window was replaced but their is a gap in the door panel when the panel was removed that need to be replaced correctly. I have been calling since 7/24/20 to him the owner of A&L Auto glass to come out and adjust the panel and have had no luck, he keep telling me that he is going to come and never show up, and when I call him back he keep giving me the run around. He told me on 7/28/20 that hw was coming and never showed, I texted him on that day and he told me that he was running behind. He told me he would come by on 7/30/20 did not show up again. On 8/4/20 he texted me and told me that they have been really busy and that he would come by the next day, he came by but it was raining all day that day and he could'nt do it and he told me once again that he was coming by next tuesday which was 8/4/20 and I have not heard from him at all. He suppose to be professional and that is not being professional lying to customers and never showing up to take care of a problem.
