Review: I contacted Akribos to find out whether my watch has been fixed or not and they told me it has that the product was shipped to me on monday December **2013. The lady that I spoke to gave me a 17 digit tracking number instead of 18 that I needed but was unaware at the time how many numbers I was given. It is now Saturday December **and I have yet to receive my package. I am getting very, very fustrated and upset. I am going back home on tomorrow without my watch I purchased that I had delivered to me by the Akribos company and it is not here. I do not want to do business with them anymore because of this incident that has taking place. This is very poor by them. Words can't explain what I am going through right now waiting for my product and has not been received.Desired Settlement: I would like a payment settlement for one the false tracking information and two the long wait of suffering I am going through not being able to receive my product before I go home to another city.
Review: I sent a AKRIBOS watch in for repair on 01/**/2014 by registered mail to AKRIBOS/TWI @ [redacted] and it was signed for on 02/01/2014 ( I have the return receipt). After making numerous calls( at least 5) about the repair status of the watch there has been no response.Desired Settlement: Either they repair the watch or send it back to me and I will get it repaired somewhere else.

I sent in my watch to get repaired almost two months ago. I have called multiple times per week, nobody picks up the phone. I have also left voicemails, of which they have not been returned. I have emailed them, and have not received any response either. I just want to know when I will be getting the watch back.

Review: I shipped a watch out for repair on 11/13 due to a defect wristband that broke the first time I wore the watch. After being told it would take 4-6 weeks for the repair, I requested a status update. On 1/**I was told that the band was fixed but the watch movement was not running now and it would go back to the repair center. I have sent multiple emails and left two messages at the repair center (straight to voicemail) without any response.Desired Settlement: I'd like to have my watch back. The repair center cashed my payment for the return postage in November and I have not received my watch or any update.
Review: I received my Akribos watch and the button meant to toggle between hands in order to correctly set the watch was defective. I attempted to contact akribos by phone and could not reach a customer service representative. My watch has a two year warranty and I would like to send it to the company to be repaired.Desired Settlement: I would like for akribos to honor my warranty and repair my watch.
Review: We bought a Akribos ak410wt-a watch. Now, 2 months later, it broke.Desired Settlement: Please send a refund.

Review: Sent watch to company for warranty repair, per warranty instructions with check for return shipping and handeling. I sent copy of receipt; item number Joshua & Sons JSGP63BK Men's Urban Silicone Sports watch. Watch broke on first wear - water bubbles under crystal; unable to set time ( hands will not turn) I emailed and called customer service several times , with no response. Item was sent certified, insured by the post office, and I have confirmation of delivery. That you. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Would like watch replaced in working order
