Went to purchase puppy off website completed service agreement and transferred $600 to them for the purchase of the puppy and since then no communication from them in regards to getting the puppy

once you pay the company 600 for puppy with free shipping they tell you that it's an additional 950 no good numbers and only accept money grams
2/28/2020 I sent 600 for a puppy that's supposed to be sent free by air. The sellers name is Mark B at ***,*** XXXXX, USA they tell you they only accept payment through *** or *** Once that is sent they say the puppy is at shipping but shipping is saying they need a refundable 950 for caution fee and 30 for safe traveling pet crate. also can only be sent by money gram which to me isn't how actual business works also nobody answered any numbers. The site for shipping is Wilmington pet customer transportation department. The location it gives for payment is*** XXXXX, United States. After sending the 600 I refused to pay out more through money gram and without speaking to someone. Their response via email is what are you talking about your puppy is at shipping but refuse to provide proof. I have asked for my money back which I'm sure they have no intention of doing. I was sent an purchaser agreement.

We inquired about purchasing a puppy from breeder and were told the shipping would be no cost to us. After sending money through *** we were contacted by another shipping company saying they needed an additional $950 for shipping which would be reimbursed when picking up puppy at airport. Something rang a bell and when disputing that we were told to contact breeder. Still waiting to hear back. Clearly we were scammed.
