We took in 2 dress shirts to be pressed and starched to Eagle Ridge Cleaners in Clermont Florida, brand new, never been worn *** shirts. We left the shirts with the dry cleaner on Wednesday October 18, 2017 and picked up on Friday October 20, 2017. After returning home we noticed that one of the shirts has developed a hole on the front. We returned to Eagle Ridge Cleaners to show the worker and was told promptly that he could not do anything. We asked to speak to the owner and he called the owner and we were told by the owner that he would not do anything as he was not there and hung up on his worker. We said let us talk to him, so the worker called the owner back and I spoke to the owner. I tried to explain to the owner that we needed this resolved today because we are leaving town for a wedding in California on Monday October 23, 2017. He said for us to leave the shirts and he would get back to us on Monday and we tried to explain that we needed this done today (Saturday)and he flat out refused. At this point I was telling him how important it is for us to get this done today but this is the point where he started yelling to me over the phone and I tried to stop him by saying that there is no reason to yell at me because I was not yelling at him and that is when he started shouting obscenities at me. This is the point where I calmly said that there is absolutely no reason to curse at me as I was being very calm and he decided to yell more and say he was going to call the police on me and yelled at me to "GET OUT OF MY SHOP! GET OUT, GET OUT, GET OUT!!! At this point I am just trying to reason with the owner and he then hung on me. So we waited and the police were called and arrived. The police then took us aside and we explained our side and then they spoke with the shop worker and came back and said if we wanted to pursue this as a civil action, we were able to, but at this moment we were asked to leave and we complied.
