To Whom It May Concern,*** *** contacted Battleskinz to place a reorder of hoodies and fleece pants The order was paid on 02/29/16, art approved on 03/02/16, and
shipped to *** on 03/18/ After receiving the shipment of hoodies and fleece pants, *** called to say that the green color that we manufactured for him was not correct The following is what ensued.I have researched this order and the color that we printed for *** on this most recent reorder extensively There is no record anywhere in our system of the color that he said that he received previously This makes absolutely no sense I asked if it was possible that there was another account from which those were made that is in a different name other than *** *** We haven't yet received a response from him to this question.*** also forwarded personal email exchanges between himself and *** ***, the previous *** employee that handled the January order for him He forwarded them to us after he was in receipt of his most recent order in which he is stating that he is unhappy with the color In them, *** mentions color to *** *** but there is no response directly from *** *** about color We informed *** ***n during the first conversation of the reorder process that as of August 2015, *** *** no longer works for ***…there was no way that we would have had access to *** ***'s personal email previously or even currently, even if he still worked for our company Again, without *** letting us know that color had been an issue for him previously, there was just no way of us knowing that it had been an issue in the past If we had known, we would have worked to ensure that color would not have been an issue for this order.During the most recent reorder of the hoodies and pants, *** *** never once mentioned that color had ever been an issue for him in the past, if it had in fact, had beenHe did, however, repeatedly ask that the badger logo was on both sides of the hood, which we confirmed for him various times We also confirmed sizing information for him, as well, as he had mentioned sizing had potentially been an issue for him in the past If he had flagged that color had been an issue previously, we would have treated it with the same level of attention that we did logo placement and sizing and made certain that swatches were sent to him to ensure that color was what he wanted it to be This is something that we do all the time for our clients We want to ensure complete satisfaction, but we can only do this when we have all of the relevant information Without him telling us that it was an issue previously, there was absolutely no way that we could have known that any potential issue ever existed.*** also speaks of the difference in fabric that he received on the current hoodie order We have updated the fabric that we use to a higher quality fleece in our hoodie manufacturing; it is the only one that we useThe heavier fabric that he received before, is in fact, lower quality and one that we no longer stock for hoodie production I have explained this to Joseph As an athletic apparel company, we are constantly striving to source better technical fabrics for our customers.We have also updated our digital colors, as well As manufacturers of custom sublimated performance apparel, we are also always striving for the most dynamic colors available to print on technical garments We are thrilled with our new color set, as are our customers This is also a very reasonable update for a company that prints apparel via digital dye sublimation to remain competitive in the market.For ***, the only way that I see possible resolution is for us to send him swatches from which he selects a colorWhen I spoke with him on the phone previously when he called us to complain about color when he initially received the order, I told him that would be the only way for us to get a match as close to what he would want it to be We do this for clients all the time Even by doing it this way, the color may be slightly different from the previous color simply because we have updated our digital colors from the previous order that we did for him This is very reasonable and something that our clients understand We find that the updated colors are preferred.I told *** that if he would like to select a new color from the swatch list, I will have our production facility send color swatches to him so that he can select a green that he would prefer and we will remake the order for him I also told him that if this is what he wants to do, we will need him to send the entire order already received back to us the before the other order ships to him.Sincerely,***
