AJ's has not plowed our driveway for several months.
AJ's was paid $190 by check on 9/30/19 for winter plowing services. They plowed once during the first snow storm of the year, but have failed to come for any subsequent snowfalls.
I am seeking a full refund for services that weren't rendered.
AJ is nor providing service and unable to reach via phone.
Honor the Contract:
AJ is not plowing my driveway. I have to call, tell them they missed me and ask if they will be by to clear the drive. No service at all these last 2 snowfalls - Feb 7/8 and Feb 9th.
I subscribed and paid by check in October 2019 for Double Drive with Turnaround. I normally have to call AJ's because they forget to plow my drive. I think they came as promised twice, during this winter season, without me calling first.
There is no peace of mind because I don't know if they will clear out my drive so that I can exit and enter without problems. I live on a very busy street and have a steep driveway. It is stressful wondering if I can and trying to drive up my driveway when they have not cleared the driveway.
I have mentioned to AJ's that they will plow my friends' drive (2 miles away) and skip me - so I asked them why. My answer - AJ told the driver and will check on why he missed me. And yes, my friend's drive was plowed on Feb 8th at 4pm.
Delivery of Product:
I have never received the proper service - I paid for Double Drive w/turnaround ($225). They will plow 1 and 1/2 drive, more like their item 'B' - double garage with single drive ($195). I do have a single drive but also the turnaround so that is why I picked item "D" and pay more.
The driveway is properly marked with the orange sticks to outline the area of the driveway. Driveway is totally open because car is parked in garage. Yet the turnaround is never plowed.
Customer Service:
When I call - it is an answer service. I have spoken to him once, the rest of the time - I have to leave a message. I never know if they receive my request until they show up. This last snow - I called 2 times on Saturday (morning and evening). It snowed again on Sunday - I called 2 times (morning and evening). And I called today, Monday morning. They have not been by for Saturday, Sunday or on Monday and the snow is still there.
Today, I asked them to let me know if they do not want to do the service. I wanted to give AJ's the benefit and every opportunity to make things right and provide the snow plowing service before making a complaint. I have been patient. I have been supportive of this small business. I think they need to make things right.
I asked if they would tell me if they wanted to provide the service only because they returned the personal check written to AJ's for snowplowing service to my neighbor last week. My neighbor lives 2 doors west of me.
I am requesting a refund because they have never delivered the service/product I paid for and they promised to provide. They promise to plow when 1 or more inches accumulate. They promise to return to clear the end of the driveway after the city has plowed the streets. In heavy snowfall, they guarantee at least 1 plow within 24 hours and may continue to plow through the completion of the event. They never plowed the turnaround so they did not deliver the produce I purchased. I had to call them to provide the service I paid for over 75% of the time. I will accept what is fair.

Contracted with AJ's, to have driveway plowed this season, they plowed twice, once in October, once in December. I've called several times, received one response. Asked when I could expect to have my drive plowed, they sent a text, "Today." They failed to show. Don't waste your money. Scam!
We were given snowplowing service for Christmas from our out of town children. We have had problems with all but one plowing ...either have to call several times to get driveway plowed...today never came after calling several times with no response. One time it was plowed 6 feet from one edge and then went 6 feet into yard instead on other edge in spite stakes placed on drive edges. One time they came 36 hours after snowfall! Once plowing was adequate. Very disappointed and now not sure we can expect service. Do not hire for snow plowing.
Non service of snowplow service, with out calls, they told me that they would not be able to do my drive and they would refund me. Have not received
I sent a check for service in Oct. with each plow able event I have had to make calls to get my drive plowed. Even after they plowed I had to call, them again because o payed for a double dive with an approach, they failed to do the width of a double drive, and did not do the approach extra side width. They did trash my yard, by scraping the top soil up by the road. When I called in January I was rudely told that he was not going to do my drive, and that he would refund my money. I still have not seen my refund, and my drive is still not being plowed.
I want a refund, because the service was not done
I had no service over the weekend, I had to shovel my driveway. On Tues. 2/18 someone plowed my drive, they left a pile in the road at the end of my drive. This is some of the worst service I have ever had.

Snowplowing was completed late in the day on only 2 of 5 snow events. No service was provided after 3 snow events. Multiple voicemails and text messages were left. Andrew answered the phone twice. First time stated he would check into it and get back to me, never did. Second time stated he would send someone over with my refund that morning, no one showed. Check #1011 in the amount of $250, dated 10/26/19 was cashed 11/2/19 at 11:46, stamped FSB Mich ***-Alpine. Mailed to *** Grandville, MI ***. I do not know this individual's last name. I met him in person at my home when he came over to give me a quote.
Full refund of $250 for seasonal services that were not provided as promised.
Charged for snow removal services. 1time it snowed it took over seven ph calls to get him to show up at 10pm. 2nd time he came, he said he can't do it
We paid for snow removal. First time it snowed he did not show up till 10pm (it started snowing at 6am). It took almost tem phone calls to get him to show up. Second time he came out he said he could not do it anymore and that he would refund the money; he did not have it at him"at that time." Left without performing the work he was paid in advanced for; never showed up again, never returned the money. Does not answer any phone calls or messages we leave.
I would like my money back. I had to hire someone else to do the work. My wife is disabled and I am 68 years old...
No service on first snow fall. I called AJ's at five PM and told them I did not want their svc, and I wanted a refund. I still have no refund.
I paid AJ's with a check of $195.00 in November of 2019. On the day of our first major snow fall, I waited until 5 PM with still no service. I called at that point to inform them I did not want their service as it was so late and I had to borrow the neighbors snow blower to clean out my drive. I then told him I wanted a re-fund. Well I have called four or five times since then to get my refund. here it is late January and I still have no refund. I do have a cancelled check for the $195.00 he cashed on 11/14/2019. I'm requesting your help with this matter. Thank You

Didn't show up to plow my driveway 1/18 2020 after about 6" of snow, and didn't show up 1/19/2020 to plow my driveway after 4 more inchs that night.
They didn't show up to plow my drive way 1/18/2020 & 1/19/2020 after about 10" of snow for the 2 days. After waiting more than 30 hours I had to call a different plower to clean my driveway off.
I don't know if they are a good company or not, they won't return any of my calls. they didn't show up to plow my drive 2 days in a row. After waiting more that 30 hours I had to call someone to plow it for me because there was about 10" of snow on it, and we had the get out. At this point seeing how they won't even call be back to say why, I think a refund would be the best way to go. Thanks
Paid for walkway and sidewalk snow removal. Has not been done at all. driveway plowing done very late.
In November of last year I signed up with AJs snowplowing service I paid $340 for driveway, city sidewalk, and walkway to be plowed. With the first snowfall in November, they were 12 hours late and I had to call several times. Had same experience with other two snowfalls we have had. Never once has my city sidewalk or front walkway been cleared. They always had excuses and made several promises to come out, but they don't show up. Yesterday I was told that Andy would be in touch with me by the end of the day. He did not call. I called this morning and spoke with Andy and he advised me he would be at my home approximately 1100. I have not heard from him.
I would like them to perform the service I paid for. If they are unwilling or unable to do this, I want a full refund. I have had to spend way too much of my time with constrantly calling and following up with this person.
I paid $220 to snow plow. He did not come. I requested a refund by phone. No calls back yet. No service yet. I have not spoken to the media yet
I Paid him by check # *** on Sept 26, 2019 to plow my driveway for the winter season of Nov-March 2019-202. The check was cashed in October but I have never had service. I called and asked for a refund. But still no refund either. I also have collected names of 25 other people who complain of this same issue.
I would like my full $220 refunded to me ( it should be with interest and some penalty as I have had to pay others now by the plow which is more expensive. Please resolve this for us ASAP? Thank you so much!!!!

I sent AJ's snowplowing a check for $210 on 10/10/19. It was cashed at *** in Grandville (store #***) on 10/18/19. I hired them specifically due to the verbiage on their flyer "Most plowing will be done between the hours of 12am and 6am". Our first snowfall of 5+ inches, they never came. Our 2nd snow fall, he came at 3pm. Our snowfall this past weekend, he did not come at all on Saturday with large accumulation. I texted him @ *** with no answer. They came sometime in the night on Saturday and not again on Sunday, while still more accumulation was present. I've needed plowing 6 times this year and have only received it, at very bad times of the day, 2x. This NOT what is advertised on his flyer. .
$210 returned to me for services NOT rendered
Despite paying for snow removal from Nov 1st to March 31st the owner has not provided services and will not respond to communications.
Aj's Plowing (Andy B) took payment from myself and other local residents for snow plow removal from November 1st to March 31st. I personally sent a check to *** for $210. Since that time he has not provided service and will not return phone calls to *** or text messages despite repeated attempts. Other patrons in the neighborhood have similar complaints and have been unable to reach him regarding a refund of their payments. I did speak to him in mid November after service was not rendered following a large snowfall and was told that he was having trouble finding employees. Since then he has not answered subsequent phone calls.
I am looking for a monetary refund of the $210.

I completed the contract to have AJ's plow my driveway and clear my sidewalk. I mailed check #2384 for $325 October 8th.He showed once, despite repeated calls including December 31st, January 17, 18, 19 and 20. He never cleared my sidewalk. I had to clear my driveway and sidewalk several times.Each time I was able to reach him, he said "I was on the list". He never showed. January 19th he offered me a refund since he was unable to provide service. He has since asked me to call back two days in a row to get my refund.
I would like to be reimbursed $300 immediately as I have since hired another snow plow service. I will pay AJ $25 for the one and only time he cleared my driveway.

down to bare pavement if he would have done his job the sun would have melt the remainder of the snow .now I have to start over. too late in the year to find someone to plow I want what I paid for

Since it was a personal check, AJ would essentially have to reimburse me with a check of his own. Since he refuses to answer the phone or call me back, the Credit Union advised that I file a police report, in which I did 15 minutes ago. Essentially AJ's Snowplowing LLC was hired back in November of 2019 to remove snow from my driveway. He accepted payment for future services and cashed the check. He has failed to communicate with me and he has failed to hold up his end of the agreement by removing snow from my driveway. He has breached his contract of services and has shown a despicable amount of customer service or lack thereof. I text my neighbor this morning asking for her Snow Removal Services Number so I can hired someone else going forward. I explained the issue I was having with my removal service provider. Her response was, "Oh lord! Is HE the AJ's guy? I heard he was terrible." It appears AJ's Snowplowing LLC has gone un-checked for some time now. Hard to say how long, but enough that some Neighbors knew to avoid him. I am new to the neighborhood, so I am just catching on. The guy is a crook, he has failed to hold up his end of the contract, he refuses to reply to my texts or return my phone calls. A police report has been filed. I will deal with him in that manor, but the Revdex.com needs to know that this guy is a thief. I do not wish that this gentleman reach out to me in any manor other than the form a monetary reimbursable payment addressed to me. He is fired effective immediately. I do not wish to have his services rendered on my property going forward.

Horrible service. Take your money but never show up to plow. Would never recommend! We ended up having to shovel the driveway ourselves!
We purchased snowplowing and shoveling services and have not received any sidewalk shoveling as we paid and only one plowing service since Nov 1.
We purchased sidewalk shoveling and driveway plowing services beginning Nov 1. Since then we have gotten over 1" of snow several times and they have only come out once to plow our driveway and have never come out to shovel our sidewalk. I have called 5 or more times leaving messages and my spouse has also called numerous times without answer or response. I would like to get a refund if they do not plan on completing their services with us.

On October 18, 2019 I paid *** Snowplowing LLC 210.00 for snow removal from November 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020. On Monday, November 10, 2019 we received our first accumulation of more than 1" of snow and. on Tuesday, November 11, 2019 at 5:30 pm my driveway had still not been plowed. I texted *** Snowplowing: "This is unacceptable!! Everyone else on my street with other plow companies was plowed last night, you should not accept more customers than you can service efficiently. Please cancel my service and refund my 210.00." *** Snowplowing replied "Will send you a check in the mail tomorrow AM. Have a good night." That was 7 weeks ago and I still have not received my refund. I texted on November 18 and received no response. My *** Branch Manager called *** on November 22 and was told he would check and call him back. *** didn't call back or answer the phone when *** called again. I called on December 3 and was told "Text me your name and address (which I did). Checks are going out on Thursday, you'll have it Saturday." I called on December 17 and was told "We sent a bunch of them out last week, I thought that was all taken care of. I will have to check with the accountant and call you back." He didn't call back. He is not a man of integrity who honors his word, every time it's the runaround and excuses. This is the first time I have ever hired anyone for snow removal, I thought I would treat myself and 210.00 is a lot of money to me and I need my refund please.
