AJ's Quality Construction

Review: Needed new shingles on a rental property, so I hired AJ to do that work. Several months after the job was completed the roof started to leak. Aj initially answered phone calls and stated he would come take a look which he did( There is a 10 year warranty from AJ, which is the reason why I went with him). There is water damage on a brand new ceiling in the house because of the leak. When this was brought up that he is supposed to fix it, he stopped answering phone calls. Now there is a similar problem again with the roof letting some water in. Aj has ignored my brother and father (who manage my rentals) phone calls for over two months. He also ignored a letter sent from my attorney asking to resolve the matter.Desired Settlement: Fix the roof properly and fix the ceiling which was caused from the leak. I think anyone in my shoes of having a leaky roof just months after it was completed would feel the same way.

AJ's Construction put aluminum fascia on my home in 2011. It is now falling off the house and A.J. will not come and fix the work he performed.
The fascia began falling off in 2014 and when I called him he said he would be out in a week to two weeks. He never showed up. I called him again with the same results.
More fascia began to fall to the ground this Winter and Spring, 2015. So I called him again and he told me he would be out in one to two weeks again. He never showed up. I called him today and he told me me the same.
I have hired a new contractor to replace all of the fascia and sub fascia.
He used 1" fascia instead of 2" fascia. The 2" would have covered all of the sub-fascia instead of only half of it.
Avoid working with this guy.
