Review: Professional service man pumped concrete into forms agreed upon price of $400. Did not disclose that the original price of $400 didn't included dumping wast concrete (clean out the pumping machine) into my yard. Total price was $450 instead of the agreed upon $400.Desired Settlement: Credit the $50
