AJ Monitoring

This company installed monitoring software on my computer claiming it will not pose issues with the computer's operation. Since installation the cursor jumps all over without warning. I took it in for them to fix the problem; however, the problem still exists. I am court ordered to have this monitoring software installed, but the degradation to my computer costs me money and time fixing the typos and redoing the work. I am not interested in taking my computer in for another fix; which may or may not work. I am also charged a licensing fee, but they do not send me copies of the license I pay for. I have spoke with other people who use this company and they have some of the same issues. Everyone is afraid to complain because of the repercussions that may come with the complaint. I guess I am taking a chance. This is a legitimate complaint and I believe the public should know about their shoddy software.
